Breakfast for two.

Breakfast for two.

Things that are great right now;

Joe is making his “cheezy hashbrown casserole” (potatoes, onions, black pepper, and daiya cheese) while I’m making BAT sammys (uptons naturals seitan bacon, arugula, veganaise, tomato, and sourdough bread), drinking nettle peppermint tea from my friends garden.

I applied to three new jobs for the fall (one gardening, the other two farming). I hope that I get one!

Missing Christmas.

That tongue.

My babies love the new house we moved to.

I’m finally posting all of the pictures from my adventure in Costa Rica from last summer. The copious amount of pictures that I took there was slightly overwhelming to deal with until today. As you can see, there are a ton of pictures from my adventure. I couldn’t delete all of the “similar” pictures because I felt that each individual picture had a unique beauty to it. This was by far one of my favorite vacations that I have ever been on. I went with Joe’s family at the end of May of 2013. We spent a week doing all things wonderful. Here is a little view from my photo diary of my time there. Enjoy.
